Eric Thomson, Partner
Eric is the Partner and founding member of Quackenbush, Thomson & Robbins. Practicing for nearly 40 years, Eric's main areas of focus are Commercial and Residential Real Estate and Wills & Estates.
Born in Halifax, Eric received his Bachelor of Commerce from Dalhousie University in 1969 and his Law Degree from Dalhousie in 1972. He was admitted to the Nova Scotia bar in 1973.
Eric has been involved in a number of Provincial Boards and Commissions, including the Waterfront Development Corporation and the Nova Scotia Boxing Authority. He has served on the Canadian Boxing Federation and has been engaged as a board member or director of a number of local charities and events including Chebucto Links and The Tall Ships.
In his spare time, Eric is an active fisherman and can be found chasing salmon in rivers throughout North America. He is a member of the Nova Scotia Salmon Association and the Atlantic Salmon Federation.
